FORMAT:

 

2 workout delivery options included in your membership:

  • GROUP LIVE - JOIN A SCHEDULED ZOOM LIVE CLASS

  • SOLO – workout to the recording session of the days live classes sent to your email

 

Full body HIIT style + upper body & lower body focus strength days.

DURATION:

 

1 hour class time.

EQUIPMENT:

  • dumbbells

  •  long resistance band with handles

  • short circular resistance band

  • swiss ball

  • bench or chair

  • sliders or towel

RECORDINGS:

Recordings available for 24-48 hrs for each coach – meaning there is always a minimum of 2 workouts available at any time.

ZOOM LIVE:

Zoom links sent after scheduling a live class.

  • MON-FRI 9am – Coach Baylea

  • TUE/THUR 7am – Coach Ty (full body HIIT/Strength)

  • SAT 9am – Coach Ty (full body HIIT/Strength)
